Christi Jeter - CEO
Christi Jeter is the owner of Moonlight Falls alongside her husband Bart Jeter. When Christi isn't out working on properties, you can likely find her with her poodle Maci, who is her co-pilot most days. Christi enjoys anything that will keep her busy and put her to work. A fun fact about Christi is that she has run numerous marathons throughout the United States, and she holds a BA, MBA, & doctorate hours from Texas Woman's University!
Bart Jeter - Field Operations
Bart is an owner of Moonlight Falls and works effortlessly to keep things up to speed; he is our "behind-the-scenes" man! Bart owns a company called Jeter Landscaping, and when he isn't working on properties, you can find him transforming outdoor spaces one landscape at a time. Bart has four sons and two grandbabies, and he enjoys cooking and all things baseball.
Landen Jeter-Photographer
Landen is an essential part of Moonlight Falls. Landen is Christi Jeter's right-hand man and can be found setting up properties, photographing properties for guests, and also building/constructing various things. Landen has a passion for motorsports, especially his Ford Mustang, which is his prized possession. Fun facts about Landen include that he played collegiate baseball.
Garrett Weems- New Business Director
Garrett is responsible for overseeing the seamless integration and launch of new properties within the company's portfolio. His role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure operational readiness, compliance, and alignment with the company's strategic objectives. In his spare time, he is doing projects on his property or spending time with his partner Emma and their dogs.
Nicole Weems-Operations
Nicole is an assistant for Moonlight Falls who works behind the scenes in social media, marketing, and all web aspects of the business! Nicole currently lives overseas with her husband, as he is active duty military and serves in the United States Air Force. In her free time, you can find her with her two dogs, Yogi and Mango, exploring England with her husband, or baking.
Theo Tochukwu- IT Specialist
Our go-to tech expert, Theo, manages all the IT needs of MoonLight Falls Property Management. From maintaining our digital infrastructure to ensuring data security, Theo's technical prowess keeps our operations running smoothly and efficiently, allowing us to better serve our clients.
Uchechi Okwubodu- Marketing
Uchechi spearheads our marketing efforts with innovative strategies that enhance our brand visibility and attract new clients. Monica- Jireh Home Cleaning
Monica is a dedicated leader of a skilled cleaning team in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, known for their attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Tobi Hickey - Certified Interior Decorator/ Stager
